Saline Shines is an energy savings outreach program that helps residents of Saline County, Illinois lower their energy bills. Our team helps community members learn more about cost-saving and energy efficiency programs, and can help households and businesses apply for these programs. Our goal is to help the people of Saline County reduce energy burdens, have access to clean energy, and keep more money in their pockets.

Saline Shines is a program of Prairie Rivers Network, a nonprofit organization with a long history of supporting community environmental and economic well-being. The program is supported by the Sol Systems Eldorado Impact Project.
