LIHEAP is a program that helps qualified households with their utility bills.
The Wabash Area Development, Inc is the local agency in charge of the program in Saline County.
If you qualify for LIHEAP, contact your local Wabash Area Development, Inc. office at (618)-252-2680. Applications for the 2025-26 program are now open. Learn more about the program, how to schedule an appointment, and what to bring to your appointment at the Wabash Area Development website.
